Plymouth’s Max Blanchard is putting his money on a lucky seven for survival.
The Pilgrims are stuck on the same points – 32 – as League Two’s bottom two clubs and have won just seven games all season.
And defender Blanchard wants to double that win total to secure safety.
He said: “The target is usually 52 but if we win seven, we’ll be ok.”
Two of Plymouth’s wins this season have come since John Sheridan replaced Carl Fletcher as boss in January.
Blanchard added: “He’s brought a different way of playing, he speaks differently to the lads and we’ve got the results.”
